I learned of this tragedy the morning after it happened. Spelman JUST started school last week. Parents and friends just said goodbye to their daughter/friend not realizing it was for the last time they'd see her alive. One of my close friends works on the campus of Clark Atlanta University where the shooting took place. The West End is one of the rougher areas in Atlanta. I've been in that very area with her quite a few times. I just ask you to say a prayer for the family and friends of Jasmine Lynn and the AUC (Atlanta University Center) community. Senseless violence takes yet another life. When will it end?
